What is HBS Dubai?
HBS, Home & Business Solutions, is a French-speaking group based in Business Bay, Dubai, founded and still run by Said Lachgar. It has two practices: HBS Real Estate, a RERA-licensed brokerage (ORN 1774), and HBS Corporate Services, which forms and administers companies and keeps their accounts. Both teams share Office 102 in U-Bora Tower and work in French, English and Arabic.
Does HBS work with English-speaking clients?
Yes. French is the group’s first working language and most clients come from France, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Québec and the Maghreb. The same advisers work daily in English with international clients, banks, developers and the authorities. Official UAE documents are issued in English or Arabic; HBS handles them in that language and explains each step to you in English.
Can HBS handle both my property purchase and my company?
Yes; that is what the group was built for. An investor buying through a company, or a founder relocating with a family, has both files handled in the same office. HBS Real Estate manages the purchase or the rental. HBS Corporate Services sets up the structure, prepares the residence visas and keeps the books. You are not passed from one provider to the next.
Where is the HBS office in Dubai?
Office 102, first floor, U-Bora Tower, 187 Marasi Drive, Business Bay, a few minutes from Downtown Dubai. The office is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 19:00 and Saturday from 9:00 to 13:00, Dubai time (UTC+4). Meetings take place at the office or by video call for clients preparing a project from abroad.
Can I start a project remotely with HBS?
Yes. Property shortlisting, investment analysis, the choice of legal structure and document collection are done remotely, by video call and WhatsApp. A few steps require your presence in Dubai: residence visa biometrics and, with some banks, an account-opening meeting. HBS tells you which ones at the first call and groups them so that one trip is usually enough.
How is HBS paid?
For property, HBS Real Estate earns an agency commission in line with Dubai market practice; on off-plan sales it is paid by the developer, not the buyer. For company formation, accounting and visas, HBS Corporate Services issues a written quote before any engagement. A first call is not charged.
